Logging In

1. How do I log into the portal?

Please ensure that you enter the mobile number or email address associated with your Manheim Payment Portal on the login page. If you are uncertain about these details, immediately contact our team. A one-time password (OTP) will be promptly sent to your chosen login method.

2. What if I don't have an email address?

If you do not have an email address you can log onto the portal using your mobile number.

3. My details have changed, how do I update them so I can view or pay my invoices using the portal?

If you're looking to update your personal details, please contact our team. Our dedicated online support team are ready to assist you with any changes you might need. Their details can be found on the Contact us page.

4. Can I log into the portal from the Manheim website?

Yes! You can do that by going to the "Pay your Invoices" section in the Account Management area.

5. I am having trouble signing in. Who can help me?

If you encounter login issues with one method, use the alternative login method. If the problem persists, contact our team. Our team is prepared to assist you with any necessary troubleshooting.

6. I can't receive an OTP code on my phone

If you are having trouble receiving your OTP code on your phone, it could be because the phone is not linked to your account. Please try using your email instead or contact us to update your login details.

Paying Invoices

1. Can I view invoices that I have paid already?

Yes, this is the quickest and easiest way to confirm an item has been paid for and is ready for collection. It is also the easiest way to view or download historical invoices that have been paid for.

2. What fees are involved?

Pay by Bank

PayTo and PayID payments are fee-free.

Debit/EFTPOS cards

0.4016% + $0.30 for Domestic debit cards

Credit Cards

0.8573% + $0.30 for Domestic credit cards
3.5733% + $0.45 for International credit cards

PayPal

0.9591% + $0.30 for Domestic PayPal accounts
3.6807% + $0.30 for International PayPal accounts

3. How does Pay by Bank work?

Pay by Bank is a secure, digital payment method that allows customers to pay directly from their bank account via their banking app instead of using a card. Payments are processed in real-time. It utilises PayID or PayTo technology. Bank payment is a surcharge-free payment option.

For PayID, please ensure you enter the precise dollar amount and reference exactly as shown into your bank's mobile App or online banking.

If the dollar amount or reference is entered incorrectly, the payment will be rejected. This may cause delays in processing your payment and releasing your item for collection.

4. How do I download an Invoice?

You can download your paid and unpaid invoices from the Invoices tab by clicking on the download invoice button.

5. How do I add a Credit Card?

You can add more than one card to your PayPal account.

To add your card, log into your account, click "Pay Now" in the invoice you wish to pay, and click New Card in the Pay with Card tab. Enter the required details, and select "Save for future payments". You're all done!
